Consent is Mandatory

Consent is the foundation of everything we do. It is absolutely required before any scene or physical contact. Violations of any kind result in immediate removal and, in most cases, permanent loss of membership.

Wear Your Pin

Each member receives a black-and-gold lapel pin with the Société Anonyme eye. At your first event, let the door staff know you’re new and you’ll receive yours. From then on, it must always be with you — it is your key to entry. Forget it, and you may face a playful punishment at the door. Lost pins can be replaced once; repeated loss may put your membership under review.

Build the Community

Access to Société is by invitation. If you are here, it is because someone trusted you enough to bring you in. Extend that same care when you invite others. You are responsible for the conduct of those you refer. If they behave in ways that compromise our values — aggression, intoxication, disrespect — your own membership may also be reviewed.

Every applicant goes through the same process. We do not discriminate based on age, race, sexuality, appearance, or identity. All information shared in applications is securely stored and accessible only to the founders.
